Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between buyers and sellers arising from the purchase of items on the T-Auction platform should be resolved directly between the parties involved. Transingenium is not responsible for mediating or arbitrating disputes between users.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage buyers and sellers to communicate openly and attempt to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. If a resolution cannot be achieved, users may consider seeking legal advice or alternative dispute resolution methods.

Refund Procedure

If a buyer is not satisfied with the item received and wishes to request a refund, they must follow the procedures outlined below:

  • Documentation: The buyer must provide clear documentation and evidence to support their claim, such as photos, videos, or written descriptions detailing the discrepancies between the advertised item and the received item.
  • Contact Seller: The buyer should contact the seller directly to discuss the issue and attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
  • Escalation to T-Auction: If the buyer is unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with the seller, they may escalate the issue to T-Auction for review.
  • Review Process: T-Auction will conduct a thorough review of the dispute, taking into account the evidence provided by both parties.
  • Decision: Based on the findings of the review, T-Auction will make a decision regarding the refund request. If the request is approved, the buyer will receive a refund of the purchase amount.
  • Funds Release: Refunds will be processed promptly, and the funds will be released to the buyer's original payment method.


Please note: Once funds have been released to the seller at the behest of the buyer, refunds cannot be processed from our end as we are no longer in possession of your funds.

Bidding is easy! Place your bid on an item, and if yours is the highest when the auction ends, you win. It's that simple! In a case where a maximum selling price has been set, bidding the maximum amount automatically ends the auction and you win.

Each auction has a specified duration (and optionally, a maximum selling price). Bidding remains open until the timer reaches zero (or a bidder bids the maximum selling price). Keep an eye on your favorite items and bid strategically.

Absolutely! T-Auction provides a platform for sellers to showcase their items to a wide audience. List your items, and let the bidding begin.

Changing your mind is OK, and we can accommodate that. You have a maximum of 2 minutes to change your mind 'strike free', and any change of mind after 2 minutes gives you a 'strike'. After 3 consecutive strikes, your account will be restricted for 30 days. You will not be allowed to place bids within this period. And for 10 strikes, your account would permanently be barred on the platform. So bid wisely and strategically!
